Terry McMillian
Terry McMillian has over 30 years experience in Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Training and Organizational Development, and Tax Credit Consulting.
Terry has held Corporate HR and Training Management positions with several Fortune 100 companies including DuPont, the Mead Corporation, and International Paper. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Education from the University of Cincinnati and obtained a Master's of Science in Industrial Education from the University of Tennessee. He is the founder and currently serving as President of McMillian & Associates, Inc.

Gayle McMillian
Gayle McMillian, co-owner of
McMillian & Associates, is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operation Officer. Her extensive experience in budgeting and finance began as an educator/administrator for the Vocational School District in Wilmington, Delaware, and continued as a head chef in the restaurant industry and as the owner of a catering business. Gayle has also taught on the college and high school levels in the State of Georgia, including starting the first Culinary Arts program at the West Georgia Technical College. Her expertise in organizational and infrastructure building has greatly contributed to the exponential growth of
McMillian & Associates.

David McMillian
As an Managing Partner and Shareholder, David McMillian is an important
part of the firm's strategic planning and is the driving
force behind the Federal Tax Credit Program. David is
holds a B.S. in Accountancy at LaGrange College. His present responsibilities include: Marketing, Business Development, IT, and processing the Georgia Retraining Tax Credit. David's community relationships help tie McMillian & Associates, Inc into the up and coming
business leadership and aid the company in giving back to the community.

Miriam Fajota
Miriam came
from San Diego, California and has over 12 years
experience as an Office Manager and Human Resource
Manager with The Sagres Company, a firm that buys and
sells charged-off debts. Miriam became the Office
Manager and assisted the CEO with the organization of
trade shows, travel arrangements, and made preparations
for the executive meetings as well as handling the Human
Resource Functions. Miriam continued her
experience with Guild Mortgage Company in the Human
Resource Department. Relocating to Georgia, she worked
at LaGrange Family Medicine as the Office/HR Manager,
where she helped develop the office structure and
standardized hiring procedures.

Kristy Lassetter
Kristy was previously a Customer Service
Representative for the Northeast Region for Interface
Flooring Systems. As a CSR, she processed and tracked
all orders and assisted various Sales Representatives.
She is currently pursuing her Batchelor of Arts Degree
in Business Administration at LaGrange College's Evening
College. She has two children, ages 12 and 7.

Diane Morrison
Diane is an experience business, computer applications
and technology, and marketing teacher on the high-school
and college levels. Her experience also includes
regional responsibilities for a state's apprenticeship
program, national training for a high-tech company based
in California and knowledge management for a world-wide
leader in Internet Protocol-based networking.
Diane holds an undergraduate degree from Eastern
Illinois University and a master's degree from The
George Washington University.
