David McMillian Appointed New President

David McMillian was appointed the new President of McMillian & Associates. As part of the succession plan of McMillian & Associates, David was selected to lead the company both for the rapidly expanding business and to lead in an expanded national footprint. Terry McMillian, Founder and past President, will still be an active part of the business, but will take a lesser role in order to pursue some non-profit activities, including helping plan a Comprehensive Cancer Center in West Georgia.
The history of MCA dates back to 1972, with the first incentive we captured for a company. In 1998, McMillian & Associates was founded with the purpose of helping businesses. Today, MCA is a family-owned company built on values of integrity, teamwork, and trust. We began in 1998 with the simple plan of wanting to help companies prosper. We believe our success is achieved by offering expertise, integrity, consistency and going beyond what is required to build trust with our clients. This is a chance for David to build upon a legacy of a company founded to help businesses flourish.
