Gayle McMillian, Partner and Chief Financial Officer, has extensive experience in budgeting and finance. She began her career in finance as an educator/administrator for the Vocational School District in Wilmington, Delaware. Gayle has also been a head chef in the restaurant industry, owned a catering business, taught college and high school in Georgia, and started the first Culinary Arts program at West Georgia Technical College. Her expertise in organizational development has greatly contributed to the growth of MCA. Gayle is also a member of the West Georgia Health Foundation Special Gifts Committee.
